The girl said that (allegedly) the manager told the workers that she broke a door and pulled a gun on her kids, and how the manager also told the workers how she should take her belt off like she do her kids. I don't condone what happened... Cutting someone's hours is a form of Economic Oppression, and telling workers about pulling a gun and getting a belt, and sending people home early, constantly physically tapping them etc, all.of that can intimidate and manipulate Trauma, . Be Nice and Considerate of Others. This whole thing hurts. Life is so tough 😪
