Everyone has a different perspective based on your own habits. I’ve been repeatedly gaining and losing 30-40lbs for 20 years now. Started with childhood diabetes being an issue. Everything is okay in moderation but you have to be aware of what you’re taking in and what it’s doing for your body. I lost 30 pounds in the last 5-7 months by cutting out pop and listening to my body at the gym. Being consistent is key but your mental attitude towards to contributes a lot. I make a lot of deals with myself. Ex- if I skip gym today, I have to go two other days in the week. Or if I allow myself a coke I have to drink only water the next day. Live within your means but the focus should be on your health, not your coping mechanisms or impulses. Good luck 👍🏻

Weight and strength training to reduce the saggy skin in weird places. Neck stretching, squats. Everyday even if you're not feeling it, get moving in some way. I've lost 70lbs since Sept2024. Slow and steady. I do intermittent fasting, no sweets less carbs. Definitely calorie deficit. And get outside in the sun, its healing for a slump. You got this!!
