had that once when we went up Pikes peak. we were ok in the car when going up. when we got out at the top started feeling light headed. they had emergency personnel up there for people getting off the tram. they helped us out with some oxygen told us not to drink coffee. then ran to other people getting off the tram

😁 altitude sickness is nothing to laugh about I had it when I went to Colorado I almost died it's a true thing if you lose your oxygen it's just like the viewers diver in the ocean getting the bends only opposite your lungs cannot push the air to keep you alive so please be careful if your pulse ox goes down to '80s find a clinic or same day clinic or something like that you can't let it get too low when I went into the emergency room because mine was down to 70 something 72 and I mean you wouldn't believe how fast they started working on me it's very dangerous please stay safe and have a goat day too🙏🐐🇺🇸

Headache, nausea, vomiting, rapid heartbeat, confusion, mania, can’t breathe. All can be signs of altitude sickness.

U can buy pulse ox at any drug store and medical supply. Can't U call a Uber. Breath into a paper bag could help. I have been on oxygen 10yrs. 24/7, Some people don't believe it until they go thru it. SCARRY not to get your breath. 🥰

cowboy Max and company if you are above 5,000 into the 10,000 range then unless you graduated slowly upwards then you can have trouble Dawne went to a meeting and the people had a pulse ox they put it on their finger and she was in the mid 80s they advised us to get one and said if it gets under 80 go to the hospital right away so the one that you got apparently doesn't work try another. we were 10,000 feet up we were just I guess west of Colorado springs and went to the top of the mountain and that's where she got sick within a week she was in the hospital for a week when I got her into the hospital house was like 78 and when they tested it it was 76 put around oxygen right away and she stayed there for a week I picked her up and riv and we went to Pueblo first to get acclimated then. New Hampshire the day I took her into the hospital we were to go up to pikes peak whatever 14 500' the doctor said it's a good thing the road was closed she would have died coming down the mountain. I advise you to get another pulse ox test it make sure it works and keep an eye on it otherwise you've got to come down and gradually I realize where you were is 5000 ft I heard but you got to be careful go to I don't know it's got to be some place that has a pulse ox even if it's a clinic

Welcome to Colorado 🤣, 5280. Fyi Max, you can buy cans of oxygen which does help. A lot of people use them when they are visiting. But for real do be careful and don’t over do it. You can get very sick from the altitude. And find those cans of oxygen 👍🏼🙌🏼

You shouldn't do all that walking until you acclimate. Drink lots of water 💧. Don't exert yourselves.

Sorry WiFi died!! I was at 8236 altitude and we had a lot of altitude sickness. Drink water and then drink more water. It might help to get something with electrolytes. And rest for a day.

Make sure the red light comes on, your finger is in correctly, and you should get a reading. 95-100 is good. Oxygen lacking to the brain is not good. Take deep slow breaths.
