you legit change a few things and yea it's easy. take the stairs instead of the elevator at work, park a little further away, massively cut back on excess sugar, and add more greens to your diet and it's easy to lose 5 lbs a week if you don't have a medical condition

calories in vs calories out. just like a bank account find how much your maintenance calories are. consume less than that amount. exercise will speed up this process, but isn't needed

I wish it wasn't that hard to lose weight. I've been in a deficit, increased my movement, working with nutritionists and dieticians, been tested for everything, and I still can't lose weight. Been stuck at the same spot for years with no improvement no matter how simple or complicated I get.
