I was a manager at a 2 level forever 21 in 2009 where the elevator was outside the store and survived Black Friday and an NBA All Star weekend. I have Facebook posts about finding bodily fluids around the store. The annoyance of working customer service is not new 😂

Also like in 2010 you couldn’t find a job. We were in a recession (most millennials were hitting the job market then).You had to know someone to get a job at Walmart.

I worked at forever 21 back in the day and we never had any Black Friday deals, guess how many people still asked us even tho we had zero Black Friday deal signs? I still had to tell people who asked because that’s what you do working in customer service.
