I think it was supposed to be a Goldberg win and cash in but they had to swerve due to Seth’s injury. This was always going to be Goldberg’s last match and this is what they had to do. Lackluster ending.

I’m glad that the two trick pony, Goldberg, did not win. Also as somebody that has had multiple knee surgeries, including a torn meniscus currently, I knew right away that Seth‘s knee injury was legit. The way his knee bent sideways, I’m guessing it’s an MCL injury. Nice thing is that’s a lot easier to recover from than an ACL.
