Sometimes my piriformis pain is really bad at times. I have been to physical therapy. Tried dry needling and acupuncture with some relief. Although it always seems to come back in time. I know you can't diagnose via tiktok, any advice you might have. I love how you break things down and explain it. I can't be the only person with this pain. It started about four years ago about the time I started lifting heavy. I don't lift heavy anymore in fear of triggering it. I would like to get back to progressive overloan, but i'm scared. I need your help! ❤️💪

please don't teach people ways to use one side at a time. there's only one of these at my gym and people already sit on it for 20 min at a time. 😂😢 no one doing this shit. yet. but I swear like 70% of bros doing chest flys one side at a time for some reason and that machine always has like 5 people in line for it.

Have you seen any reputable creators who focus on weight lifting for seniors? When I search it’s all “sit and be fit” workouts. My 66 yr old mom wants to start but I’m not sure what’s appropriate for her age group. The stuff I find is ridiculous for someone who is as active as she is. I swear I look up 60s workouts and it’s for 80 yr olds
