@alezislost: #greenscreenvideo hey guys so i wanted to hop on this trend and i looked at the video and thought to myself…i look smaller than 2 years ago. recently i have been loosing weight but even forcing myself to eat doesn’t help. eating more protein shakes and 3xs a day doesnt help. im not going to lie i struggle so much with my body. when i was 13 i weighed 115 pnds, last month i weighed 98pnds, i am 20. but like i said, i have been loosing weight even while actively choosing to eat more calories and proteins and working out(not so often as id like) i really just dont understand why in the world i cannot gain weight. until this past week, everyday ive been gaining 1/2 pnds. monday i weighed 106 today i weigh 104pnds. so i see a little hope. but again it fluctuates so often i dont know if im gaining again or loosing 😒. could anyone recommend ways to gain weight and fast? (ofcs i have to be more consistent with what and when i eat, and how much i work out, BUT WHAT ELSE CAN I DO
