✨🔥 “Hate is just picking up a burning log and throwing it at someone else…” 🔥✨ In this video, I respond to yet another hate comment — and I want you to know something about how I see it. I’ve been a life coach for many years now. I’ve sat with so many hurting, beautiful, highly sensitive souls. And I’ve learned this: When someone hurls hate at you, it’s not because you deserve it. It’s because they’re already holding it. Hate is heavy. It burns your hands when you carry it. And when it gets too painful to hold, some people try to throw it onto anyone nearby — just to feel some relief. That doesn’t mean their words don’t hurt. But it does mean their hate says more about where they are in their journey than where you are in yours. As a highly sensitive person, I feel that. I feel the pain underneath the anger. The fear underneath the cruelty. The sadness that has nowhere else to go. And yes — I still have boundaries. I still protect myself. I don’t let people stay close if they’re throwing burning logs my way. But I also choose not to throw it back. I choose to see the person behind the comment and hope, someday, they’ll stop burning themselves and others. If you’ve ever been on the receiving end of cruelty, please hear me: ✨ You don’t deserve it. ✨ You don’t have to pick it up and carry it. ✨ You don’t have to throw it back, either. Let them keep their burning log. You stay in your peace. 💬 Drop a 🔥 if you’ve felt this before — and tell me how you’re learning to stay soft in a hard world. #JeffreyMarsh #TakeYourOwnAdvice #HateComments #HealingJourney #SoftnessIsStrength #YouBelongHere #RadicalEmpathy #HighlySensitivePerson #LGBTQVoices #EmotionalResilience #BoundariesAndCompassion #GentleReminders #YouAreEnough
