There is absolutely nothing wrong with box dye at all, UNLESS you plan on lighting it in the future! You could just go and get a toner from Sally’s sis, toners work so magical! 💕

Get a Demi permanent dye!! Any Demi from Sally’s. It won’t penetrate your hair, just the outside so you won’t damage it or have trouble going light on the future.

There’s hair glosses that can tone the blonde until you go to the salon! @dpHUE has a gloss + tone for cool blondes. Sold at Ulta or on Amazon! I’ve also tried glaze and Kristen ess ones as well. Or like others said, buy a Demi permanent from Sally’s 🙏 don’t do box dye - your balayage is too nice to throw away and permanently stain with box dye.
