even long strides with a blowtorch will get rid of the oil. just be careful you don't focus a small area due to chipping and potential shrapnel

I should also say, as we all know, concrete is very porous. That may never come out fully.

Just make the entire floor oil stained and you won’t notice it anymore

Soak up the stuff with regular kitty litter. After it's been absorbed as much as it'll take then use a heavy degreaser like Mean Green. Get before and after pics of the mess for your sanity.

It's gonna sound counter intuitive but gasoline. It'll help penetrate and move the oil up to the surface and you can use kitty litter to soak it up and remove it. Don't just drop the kitty litter on it. Take it and grind it down so it's not so chunky. It'll do a better job that way.
You can also use brake clean. Price wise they're about the same. Use whatever you have

they've got that stuff at autozone i think. it's a sawdust like product,or it might look like kitty litter. if you're tight with a local gas station, ask the manger where they get theirs, they might know better than the auto parts store

cat litter will soak some of it up. I just look for big areas rugs that people are throwing out. i covered my workshop floor with those. looks cute, and doesn't matter if they get ruined.

Probably won’t be able to get the oil out of the concrete but kitty litter will get any liquid up.
