I’d cnc a oring gasket channel in it and bolt it together. There’s a reason ek does this. For maintenance and because that “glue” never looks good especially under rgb lighting brings out the flaws

I appreciate the ambition and effort, and don’t want to be just another internet critic. However I notice a few things that are going to hurt the effectiveness of the design. First one is mass, a good performing waterblock has very large, thick cold plates — the mass really helps sink heat away. The other is a proper jet plate, I know microfins are going to be really hard to DIY, but I fear without them it won’t perform well at all.
