I self isolate too! I am just fine with this. I don’t have a family support system. Some friends yes. I just cry silently and am sad quietly!

I lost my 2 youngest daughters 9 yrs apart the most recent was my youngest in January 2024. I know beyond a shadow that I could have prevented both their deaths if I had just been more present. I isolate because everyone wants to try to convince me that I am wrong. I'll mourn their death until the day I die and carry the this knowledge to my grave.

I do this. I wish others understood. But I often feel like when I need that isolation it’s bc life is too loud and I need that time with my son Noah. He has been gone a year and a half. Grief is hard

I isolate too. It’s emotionally exhausting to pretend to be ok in a social situation. Plus all the conversations others have can unintentionally hurt so much

Oh my goodness I lost all 3 of my sons and my Son that just died his name was Mark too and I had always called him Markie too and my Son Luke that was killed by a drunk driver I called him Lukie and My son Matthew died 8 months ago,they all died and I’m grieving so much and I do the same thing but I don’t have anyone and I don’t have a support system I have my daughter but she has her own life with her husband to be and her 3 furry children so and they travel a lot so I am alone . I’m so sorry for your loss of your son Markie too. Thank you for your words they mean a lot to me because I died when my last son Markie was killed by 2 cars 3 months ago and I have to save my entire energy for work. God bless you 💯🙏 I have anxiety attacks on a daily basis 💯
