I’m sorry if this is already asked for Dutch people, but Bok choy or musterd greens is in Dutch translated to Paksoi and we have Paksoi over here but is this the same? Or is it a different type that doesn’t translate well to Dutch and translation just came up with something kind of similar? They kinda look the same but in our stores they are one big Paksoi vegetable and not that small ends you are cutting up🤔. So I’m in doubt, but I really love soup and this looks so amazingly delicious, so I would love to try and make this. Thank you for sharing your recipe🙏🙏🙏

in my country we call this " sayur bening" or clear vegetable soup. we do this with napa cabbage and spinach too and we like to add corn and/or carrot just to make the soup more colorful 😁

I made the mustard green soup a few hours ago, I think the issue I had was how big a pot I used, then ratios of water/ingredients. ended up pretty decent, still unsure if I used to many leaves, or not enough lol
