The judge also told the Feds if they want to use those enhancements they have to provide a list of cases where the “John’s” were sentenced with these enhancements. There is no such list bc the Feds don’t usually prosecute the John, so there’s that🤷🏽♀️

He should not be in jail now. We can’t listen to the prosecution since it has already shown such poor judgment. Also, not in charge of anyone- it is referred to as a victimless crime. It was consensual transportation.
