Just went down a 🐇 hole with this gen z stare. They try to make it seem all nuanced and powerful. Nope. It’s weird and they are not gonna make it in this world if they don’t learn basic human communication, & social interactions. Boomers, my fellow gen x’ers, & millennials are gonna be working a long time yet. The Z’s need to polish up their skills. 😆😆😆

As a gen z I find it so baffling that they think lack of social skills is cute. They are so embarrassing. It just shows they were raised poorly. I’m glad they are calling it out because a lot of them need to work on it

I get what y’all are talking about I’ve seen it but why are we acting like this is a gen z thing? 90% of the time I’m not getting smiled at, I’m not getting greeted, and no one ask if i ever need any assistance. Like old people do the same shit behind the counter if not worse😭 literally from my age to the oldest person I’ve seen working. Have had terrible customer service. With that being said I’ve also seen people my age and older have great customer service! So how it’s getting made to be just gen z thing kinda blows me ngl.

Yup. I went to the parent meeting for drivers Ed today with my kid, and the instructor took 10 mins out of the meeting to talk to us about how none of these kids know how to answer questions or talk to people. That when they take them out for their 2 hour instruction drives, it’s dead silent and the best he can weasel out of them are yes and no occasionally. A drivers Ed instructor had to tell a room of parents that they need to teach their kids how to converse with people. 🥴🥴🥴

As an elder millenial parent to a Gen z who had tons of screen time I can proudly say, my kid has no stare. They have excellent customer service skills and easily talks to any generation. This is not about iPads, it’s about parenting.
