@paytopotatoe: Replying to @Elinda 🆘🇺🇸 truly eats my brain alive. I spend all day thinking about ways I could help them sleep longer. We added an AC unit to their room and that makes it brighter so maybe that?? 😭😭😭

I know every kid is different but both my boys stopped napping after the 2nd birthday and they went to bed at 7pm and usually wake up between 6/7

I learned my son thrives on 9 hours sleep. No more no less. So I made sure to make his bed time late enough so he'll sleep 9 hours and wake up around 6-7am. Nap from 12-2 NO LATER.. toddler sleep math is wild.

My daughter(3) was like this and our pediatrician recommended magnesium. (It’s what turns into melatonin in the body) We have been giving her the recommended dosage and her sleep has been so much better, and in return mama got some sleep😂 Every kiddo is different,but it may be an idea to talk about the pediatrician with!

I just think some children have early internal clocks. My middle son was an early riser, like 4:30am, NO MATTER WHAT WE DID. Once he hit very late teen years he started sleeping in a bit more, but still wakes up hours before the average teen, lol.

I'm with you, my 22 month old was up bright and early 3:30am. WHY. 😭 but to be fair, he's been learning new things so maybe thats it for me lol

they just may be early risers, I got 4 kids, & none of them sleep in 😅 my daughter is 2 and she is up before all 3 of my boys who are 12, 9, and 7 🤣 you got this mama 💗💗
