One year, I changed my number and didn’t tell any family members.. they would check on me through my husband and he wouldn’t tell me if they reached out. Most peaceful time of my life

It’s sad. I grieve everyday cutting my mom and brothers off but healing needed to happen for me. I also made my kids cut them off. I was very serious about them not being gaslight or used against me too, cuz my mother was trying to manipulate them against me. Mam nope.

Yes 💯 I don’t talk to more then half of my moms side . And I don’t really talk to my Dad that likes to gaslight me . Also I was SA by someone on my Stepdads side when I was little . Toxic is Toxic and I don’t need that in mine or my Families life

omg I don't communicate with my much as much as I see my family and friends do. Others look at me in a odd way, but I was buried by her and now at the age 46....for the last few years its effeced me more with how she was with me when I was young
