that's why I like fasting. it directly burns fat, you'll get an appreciation for food again and not overeat, plus it helps with mindset. if you can fast, you can do almost anything

at 300 pounds I was an OTR trucker with an average step count of maybe a 1000 a day, I dropped to approx 270 when I went to food service delivery averaging 15 at 30k steps per day and lifting heavy product... I stayed at 270 for a about 7-8 years when I changed my diet, went into a deficit I dropped to 190 in about a year... %80 is diet the other %20 is exercise can't convince me otherwise.
