I been also sa‘d but I didn’t tell anybody even multiple times it happen and it happened one time by a group of girls and twice by two boys and I felt ashamed to tell anybody because of it. I hope you heal

Speaking up on this platform really helped me and I know this is the beginning of your healing journey! I know you mentioned you don’t want to publicise that person’s sin but just putting this out there, don’t feel guilty if one day you do feel comfortable sharing the what happened or by who whether it be privately to those you trust or publicly. If someone has oppressed another muslim, you are well within your rights to call out harmful behaviour. “Allah does not like the public mention of evil except by one who has been wronged…” (Surah An-Nisa 4:148) If you’ve been abused, oppressed, harmed or humiliated unjustly then you are allowed to speak out, even publicly. You’re not sinful for expressing your pain, exposing injustice, or seeking help even if that means revealing someone else’s wrongdoing. May Allah grant you healing!
