Did a 1 week trial subscription, forgot about it & got charged for 1 month. When I tried to unsubscribe they wanted to charge me $50 for an early cancellation fee. Luckily that card was about to expire anyways so I just let it go & it took care of itself

I was able to downgrade my cc subscription to the lowest priced subscription (incopy) and that restarted the countdown and then cancelled for free. Was going to get slapped with hundreds of $ cancellation fee before that. Such a dark UX pattern from a company that product designers used almost exclusively before Sketch and Figma launched.
