De cand imi era pofta de tiramisu...cred ca as putea manca zilnic! Nu e greu de facut, e super rapid, ce nu prea imi place este asteptarea luuunga pana sa il putem savura. . Ai nevoie de: - 4 oua marime M, separat albus de galbenus - 750 gr mascarpone - 9 linguri zahar - cafea (eu am facut 2 cafele lungi si 6 espresso pentru toata compozitia) - amaretto (eu de data aceasta am folosit lichior de kumquat) - cacao @pakmaya_maiestrieinbucatarie - piscoturi (veti avea nevoie cam de 700 gr pentru aceasta compozitie, deci 2 pachete). . Am inceput sa bat spuma albusurile, si cand s-au intarit usor am adaugat, treptat, 5 linguri zahar, si am continuat sa mixez pana au devenit bezea. . Apoi am mixat galbenusurile, cu 3 linguri de zahar, pana si-au dublat volumul si au devenit o crema. . Cu aceasta crema am amestecat si 750 gr mascarpone (da stiu, mult, dar imi place sa fie crema din abundenta in tiramisu). . Am incorporat apoi bezeaua in crema de mascarpone pana a devenit omogena. . Am pregatit separat cafea in care am adaugat 1 lingura zahar si 100 ml lichior. . Apoi am asambat: un stat piscoturi inmuiate in cafea, un strat generos crema, un stat piscoturi cu cafea ... si tot asa. Am finalizat cu strat de crema peste care am pudrat cacao. . Merge la frigider cateva ore, de preferat peste noapte. A2a zi e perfect. . Bineinteles ca am facut o tava mare, nu doar paharelul din video 😅. . PS2: piscoturile nu le lasam sa se imbibe cu cafea.
