@irvs_and_bren: Tacos de Alambre 🌮 Fry up your sliced bacon until crispy and remove it from the pan. Add your seasoned ranchera meat cut in strips and cook until all the juices evaporate. Add your sliced onion and peppers and cook until tender. Cook your chorizo until crispy and add everything back to the pan. Top with shredded cheese and cover on medium low for five minutes or until the cheese is melted. Garnish your cheesy tacos with cilantro, avocado and some salsa. These tacos are so good! 😋
