Too many people feel the need to CONSTANTLY center risks and side effects in every birth control convo - there is room for those experiences but we cannot live in the place! Birth control is so vital to so many people for living their best life 💜 personally THRIVING on my IUD

Yes, so much misinformation out there, and so many of us who depend on birth control to function in life. I too had extremely heavy periods without bc and even spotting until I went high estrogen bc . My hemoglobin was a six at one point until I stopped having periods by taking birth control continuously.

before bc I literally was late all the time and it was all wonky. anywhere from 30-50 days while dealing with the worst symptoms. now I just vibe.

I do the same thing- no period. I have PCOS and there were days I couldn’t leave the house bc the bleeding was SO heavy. I had all the tests to see if it was from anything else- BC is what works for me!

Started my period at 12 and from 12-16 had debilitating cramps monthly, to the point I was taking high dose prescription pain killers. Got on BC and suddenly no more cramps. Took it religiously until I wanted to have a kid, stopped and got pregnant the next month. Went back on after kid 1 was born until we were ready for kid 2, got pregnant second month. I love my BC!
