For the intrinsics there are like flower bulbs around the map that have arc flowing through them. Shoot those with the arc side of the HC then it opens to a stasis crystal shoot it with the stasis side, it freezes a fan nearby you go in collet the urn and get the intrinsic. Found 2 so far
