I’ve been applying to jobs since November 2024. Less interviews, getting ghosted, rejected and so forth. And many friends who are working be saying “apply to this” “apply to that” “you got to start somewhere “ and I done that, and nothing. Me having to do different resumes, cover letters, applications and so forth is already exhausting mentally and emotionally. Looking for a job is a full time job and not getting any pay. It takes toll on us.

just a back story i’ve been in the affordable housing industry for the past 3 years and i don’t want to jump career to career. i’ve applied at the housing authority, the county, the city so many other properties and i have all the qualifications and licenses and certifications and NOTHING

Sameee! I have applied to probably around 50 jobs since October of last year and so far I have had a couple of interviews but they reject me. But then they post again for the same position 💁🏻♀️I dont understand what are they looking for then lol
