@sunroom_ceramics: This whole situation is a really unfortunate one, and the biggest thing that bothers me about it is that it seems like there will be no resolution with this customer. I’m not even sure if they are upset about it or with me, but I guess in real life everything doesn’t always get tied up with a neat little bow. But I am so happy that this very well traveled tree will get to be seen and loved very soon!! 🎄❤️🤗
