@markhogainz: Finding your “WHY” is half the battle. Intensity and Intent will keep you in it for the long haul. When I started I fell in love with the feeling of pushing myself with intensity. I would feel alive. That kept me coming back. When I was intentional with my training it got me more interested. I started tracking my sets and reps. I would enjoy seeing the progress in my sets and reps. Intensity and Intent is what kept me going and led me to where I am now. #mealplans #workoutprograms
