As the “diet experts” tell you to avoid eggs, they never say a word about eating sugar and carbs. This is an important concept to understand about food in general. You’ll be told to avoid eggs, avoid red meat… why? All in the name of science… But… What they don’t tell you is that the results of the research that demonized eggs or red meat didn’t take into consideration the participants were eating fast food, excessive carbohydrates, and copious amounts of sugar. So is it the eggs and red meat, or is it the sugar and carbs. Let’s think in terms of extremes.. if you eat only red meat and eggs, and nothing else. You will likely see weight loss and improved health. If you eat only sugar and carbs.. you’ll die quickly. Pair all of those foods together, the bad foods are still the bad foods.
