They’re a high-protein, low-point swap that satisfy my cravings for crispy, delicious chicken. 2️⃣ Canned Chicken & Black Beans – Quick and versatile, these are my go-tos for adding lean protein and fiber to salads, wraps, or even a quick chili. So many options! 3️⃣ Bagged Popcorn – This low-point snack is crunchy and satisfying. I love having a serving with my favorite show for a light, WW-friendly treat! 4️⃣ Low Carb Tortillas – These make the best wraps and quesadillas with fewer points. Great for breakfast burritos too! 5️⃣ Chicken Bone Broth – I use this as a base for soups or as a cooking liquid to add rich flavor with minimal points. Plus, it’s full of protein! Shout to @lowcarblove for her canned chicken nugget recipe: Makes Two Servings: Ingredients 10 ounce can chicken breast (drained and patted dry) 1 egg 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese seasonings of choice (I used garlic powder, salt and pepper) Instructions Heat air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Drain the chicken and squeeze dry. Add egg, and cheeses and mix until combined. Divide mixture into 8 nuggets, shaping them with your hands to come together. Spray with avocado oil spray and air fry for 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and fruit and veggies on the side. Notes As of the date of this publication, each serving is 2 WW points. If you ate the whole plate, it is 4 WW points.
