I’m 29 and just had my first colonoscopy due to family history. Drinking the prep was the worst part, it really isn’t that terrible. Prayers for you! 🙏🏻

I had a home sleep study done and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. Diagnosed with OSA and Been on cpap therapy for a month and I’ve felt SO MUCH BETTER. 👏🏼👏🏼

An early screening for cholesterol? Typically they start testing at 14!! I got my LPA level tested. Ask about that!
