The way I eat on vacation isn’t really the way I eat daily (although today wasn’t really that wild lol) - this is why my weight fluctuates so much 😂 but it’s freeing because, while I do care about how I feel and how my clothes fit, I don’t care what the number on the scale is anymore. All that matters, is how I feel internally and externally. Will my clothes be tighter upon returning home?
