I have the same hands free pump it can work well but other times it just doesn’t take well, i also have the spectra and it pulls so well! I get 7-8 oz each time with spectra and way less w hand free

If you need to get to a pump asap while you wait for the insurance option try the hand pump from Walmart. It’s a purple color forgot the brand. Look it up a lot of women liked it and show how to use it affordable too. Sending love mama ❤️

My mom had the same problem with my brother and she would pump right after feeding him while massaging in circular motion and then eating a lot of proteins and drinking dairy yourself including LOTSSS of WATER more than you would think, test it out and let us know if it works💋

Make sure your taking 2 capsules 3 times. So you should be taking 6 capsules a day. They usually start working a week after taking. Pump princess is better for pumping mamas💞

make sure you have the right flange size and when you pump make sure that you use some kind of lubricant , can cause your nipples to really sore if not

Try drinking body armor . I’ve been nursing for over a year and it’s definitely not easy and can be so painful, but I would power pump as much as u can handle but also let her latch on as much as u can . Sooner or later your body will know your baby is needing and taking more milk

Drink and drink til you need to pee girly. I tried both hands free pump and also invest in the manual hand pump I had a really good let down with the manual ones 😬 also check aeroflow breast pumps w/ your insurance info ☺️
