Literally a few days to start sleeping longer, he’s done it for a few weeks (he’s 7 weeks) and he’s consistently been sleeping a 5 hour stretch then a 3 hour stretch at night!! Sleeping through the night isn’t developmentally appropriate yet, one wake up is great!!

I started Moms on Call at 6 days and she took to it nearly immediately. We’re now on four weeks and it’s not to say we don’t have set backs or times she wakes up between feedings for a diaper change, but she’s on schedule 90% of the time. 👏👏

We also started moms on call at 6 weeks old & the very first night he started waking up only one time like around 2am. By 7-8 weeks his wake up moved to like 4-5am. By 12 weeks he was sleeping the full 8pm-8am.

My sons only 5 weeks old but he wakes up every 2-3 hours but then finally at 9 am he’ll sleep for 4 hours. We end up sleeping till 12-1 in the afternoon cause that’s our most restful sleep 😭

My baby had it down by 3 months! Things do change as they grow tho, so just keep going 🫶🏽 I got a two year old now who is out like a light no matter what 745-8pm. Loves her dark room and white noise still!

It didn’t work great for us so far but I think it’s because our son is small. He is still under 10lb at almost 9 weeks. We have been doing MOC since week 4. 🫠

My son slept through the night with MOC pretty much by 2 weeks and I would wake him for his bottles. But by 2 months he was sleeping completely through the night with no wake ups.

Love MOC! We started it around 4 weeks and he was only waking up once pretty quickly. By 10 weeks he was sleeping through the night pretty consistently.

We stated the 4 week schedule at 4 weeks and she really stuck to it within like 2 days! Didn’t sleep through the night yet cause that wasn’t part of that schedule but I’m excited to keep going!

I started right around 3 months old and it’s been about a month. He still doesn’t sleep through the night but he seems so much more content and goes right back to sleep after one feeding during the night.

I have 8 week old. been doing it for 2 weeks. Can’t do it perfectly because have daughter in school/church/small group. But have seen improvements in her sleeping daytime in bassinet. (I was holding her before) getting up once a night between 2-5ish depending on when we get her to bed.

I started at 9 weeks, but it took two nights!! But I didn’t ever go in there. First night he woke up twice, cried, and went back to sleep. Second night woke up once. Third night slept through 100%

Currently starting at 6 months 😬 but last night was our first night and she did amazingly well. Put herself to sleep, with little comfort from me, & only had 3 wake ups throughout the night. It was me who couldn’t sleep 😅

I’ve tried it a few days and it didn’t work well. Our schedule constantly changes. My lo doesn’t like to be swaddled, won’t take a paci and likes to nurse to sleep. Also won’t nap longer than 30 mins in her bassinet 🙃

Started around the same times as you. Sleeping through the night by 10 weeks. She’s now 16 months and I can’t tell you the last time I had to go into her room, 7:30p-7a You won’t regret putting in the work now so you have a consistent sleeper in the future.

I started exactly on day 1 of week 4 and by the next night he woke up at 12:30am, 4:30am and 6am and now we are on day 1 of week 6 and now we’re averaging 2am and 6am!

First rule don’t say it out loud you don’t want to jinx it lol but I’ve always used both moms on call and taking Cara of babies to find the right groove

I did it for a day and decided to just go back to following her cues. She already sleeps pretty good and trying to keep her awake when she wanted to sleep was making us both crazy 🫠

It did not take my baby long at all to adjust. We love love love moms on call. My daughter has been on a schedule since 7 weeks old and sleeps perfectly. If she’s up in the middle of the night I know it’s because something is wrong. Planning my day was so easy once she was on a schedule. She is now 4 and we are expecting another baby and I’m dusting off my books already!!
