I’ve learned about Echoism and that it’s the opposite of narcissism. It’s psychologically wiring the victim to see themselves through the eyes of the narcissist. Depression is merely a symptom of such an environment.

I have to totally disagree with you in a very respectful way. My mother was a master narcissist in every area She was also very abusive in many, many ways. The opposite of a narcissist is an individual who is accountable and can own their wrongs and have humility.
