What are you planning to use the Python for? Not hearing a need for it based on what you said

Start building, everytime you have a problem Google it, implement it, repeat. You need to write the code yourself to truly learn. Documentation is king

Bro did you just ask for help with python and js while saying cpp is simple? Fastapi Django flask for Python. Ember.js or svelte for JavaScript. Good luck.

In my experience reading documentation was the biggest thing for me with JS since JavaScript is its own world and you won’t reach the bottem of its rabbit hole. As for python w3 schools honestly.

Just download a pdf of the languages publishers’ manual, all languages have a very documented guide and all the information you see on any website comes from that. Lexical language, key words and all important syntax is there

Try Codédex gameified learning if you're into that has solid beginner courses for both. it doesn't go too crazy in depth for the 'advanced' stuff but it's a good way to get your foot in the door for the fundamentals and syntax

Free code camp has courses on both, don’t watch those “learn so and so language in 30 minutes!” It won’t teach you anything. It’s like saying you can speak fluent French in 30 minutes. Watch the 15-30+ hour courses. Also cs50p is good for Python

Since you already know HTML, want to review CSS, want to learn both JS and Python would highly recommend looking into the Python Flask and SQL Alchemy libraries. Flask is a lightweight API constructor that allows data to be controlled from the JS middleware and ported into the database backend. SQLAlchemy is an ORM that uses class structuring to manage a database and works with systems like Postgres and MySQL; because SQLAlchemy is an ORM it reduces the chance of injections. The mentioned systems were concepts I used for a site which I pushed to prod. in my capstone for a client which was a ticket tool.

Don't learn Javascript and python. Learn one, the fundamentals are more important than "learning" the language.

I will literally never understand how YouTube can be an effective learning method for programming. You need to just read books and write code.
