for the front delt raises. you should try raising the bar above your head with little bend in your elbows. then control the negative on the way down(3-4) seconds. usually 4-6 reps

Only thing I’d sub out is the hammer curls and the rope extensions. These for me don’t hit as hard as other exercises. But other than that solid workout😌🙌🏽
