I use to live in the woodlands and one day my daughter took sick I will never forget her name Dr.English of Texas Children’s Hospital! My daughter was severely dehydrated and was borderline diabetic! This lady says to the charge nurse I hope this doesn’t take all day I have other stuff to do ! I never reported her because the other Dr was taking over anyways ! But the fact my 8month old baby was looked at like a problem never set right with me ! I moved from the area entirely!

She can delete your file but she can’t delete the pharmacy’s records. However, you should have read or researched the side effects of the medication.

Chances are they use EPIC or MyChart. Those cannot be deleted. They can get a forensic deep dive into the charting.

I literally took it for probably 8 months and told my doctor that i was experiencing heart racing and that something felt off…. the same doctor proceeded to prescribe it to me and said “i still think this is the best thing for you to take” mind you I was 16 ‼️‼️I never went and picked it back up and I have not stepped foot in that dr office since… also in the houston area

You’re only supposed to take it for two weeks. How many days did she prescribe it for you?? & whatever pharmacy you filled the medication at has record of the prescription.

i’m confused. electronic records are never deleted. also it’s a controlled med so it comes up on your records. any provider and pharmacy can pull it up on PDMP.
