its almost like the current garbage collection isnt sufficient enough, we live in a consumerism society that promotes buying stuff thats layered in plastic so of course bi weekly isnt working. Make weekly pick up mandatory across canada and we wouldn't see this issue.

Bigger issues than this, do people forget lots of homeless. Maybe homeless cleaned there area and it was closest garbage. Bigger crimes ti be dealt with. This being news is just bizarre.
