That’s just crazy. He shot blindly into the apartment with no regard for anyone else. Her bf only shot once..one bullet. The city paid her family a settlement before it ever went to court. This isn’t normal practice unless the officers were at fault. He should be in prison.

This soooo outrageous. Hurts, breaks my heart. However, the orange person is trying his BEST to get US out there protesting so they can kill US with immunity. Not gonna fall for it!
