My husband has been living with PDD and anxiety since he was a child he was diagnosed at 16 so he’s been feeling like that for over 20 years. He’s tried everything to help but nothing really works long term not even medication. if anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful xxxxx

Well more than one of these relates to me. It just depends on the day. I definitely had PDD going on 45+ yrs. MDD for the past year at the very least but I suspect last 5 years. And Atypical also.

I don't have a diagnosis but I've felt for the longest time that I have some kind of depression. I can bedrott for weeks only getting up to eat atleast 1 meal. I've been to many kinds of therapist and psychiatrist and what so ever but never gotten a clear diagnosis. I have a planned and real test on adhd/Austim soon, hopefully. When I tell them I think I have depression they tell me it's probably just my bad routines and they might not think I have it bc i know I don't wanna die even when I have had the thoughts and hurt myself slightly... but what if I got bad routines bc of depression?💀 They did give me bupropion, som kind of antidepressant but also helps with adhd. Doesn't that mean anything? idk. Ive been on it for months now and idk if I feel any different. 💔 The only thing the keeps me from falling deeply into a dark hole again is my bestfriend and her family 🥹❤️🩹

I have seasonal, but I also have a thing called TRD (Treatment Resistant Depression) meaning meds don't work for me
