@bornunicornyt: I lost 3 percent body fat in 6 weeks. So does it work..I think so. Macro cycling. Not entirely sure when I started but I'm guessing around 6ish weeks ago. Here is an update of what has so far been working for me. I decided not to weigh by pounds, but to measure. I was recently scanned and my body fat percentage has moved from 43.4% to 40.5%. I also plan to do a new dexa scan in a few months. Also I have noticed that what works for me on average has been...day on..day off consecutively. In other words, my macros are quite close one day and not at all the next. This has helped me to be consistent thus far. Sometimes I can be on 2 days and off 1 day. But on off on off is average. Case in point... Just like with cleaning which is my og thing I have done on here...you dont gotta be perfect. I promise, you will see progress. Seeking perfection causes paralysis..everytime..if it doesnt cause it right away i promise you it will cause it at some point, and how the heck are we going to move forward if we cant move at all?
