This why innocent ppl are treated like they are guilty! Judges & lawyers/ prosecutors all have personal relationships & do whatever benefits them most! If they want you, they’ll get you! Then you have to spend time being your own lawyer to show the public the court system is corrupt

The fact that these judges swear an oath to the constitution upon delegation of their special position and then corruptly ignore laws, (which has & continues to happen). These politicians & judges seem to forget that while the position they're in, is a very special one...it comes with a big responsibility. They can lose their high up regard, having that same position taken from them, just as easily as they ignore the laws, that they're sworn to uphold. One must always remember that you can be high up and make lots of money one day and risk losing it all the next. We the people fight back!

I was gonna do what we talked about but I realized it doesn’t matter. Even if I do all the right things they don’t care and will do what ever the hell they want. I filed with the BAR when they used my DV and OP as a reason to take the kid. Their reasons were I put him in an unsafe environment….. nah, I got us out of one. Not how they see it. Filed in opposing counsel. Ethical reasons. They didn’t care

The fact that you have all the court documents and both state and fedral Constitutional violations on the record gives you the evidence and power to file with the DoJ Title 18 Section 242 on the judge and Section 241 on the attorneys. That's the way to not play nice and have them arrested for Capitol Felony Treason, use Cooper v Aaron 8th circuit fedral appeals court ruling paragraph 9 decided September 12 1958!

It's like that every where, I have a judge not ruling on a suppression motion/briefs when he set the timeframe violatioting due process as well.
