Sending you love and strength. Having a spinal injury that isn’t the “common” kinds is a special kind of aggravation (I tore my dura and permanently damaged nerves due to low CSF that went undiagnosed for a fair bit). I’m about 3 years in, and I just keep trying new things until I find things that help. A big one for me lately has been using abdominal compression to help me keep my posture. Those muscles don’t work for me as well as they used to and my ab binder helps. Sending you so much love and strength. You’re NOT alone, promise. Even if it feels like it sometimes… the internet helps us rare folks connect.
