I just buy protein powder and fair life milk, boom it's their core power and fair life ones shakes. you could do the same for premier protein cause they actually have powder.

Dietitian here 🙋🏼♀️premier protein are FINE. As long as you’re consuming other protein options as well, these are perfectly fine to consume (given you don’t have an allergy to any ingredients lol). Other brands shown are fine too!

I’m so glad you caught on and stopped the premium protein. It is the worst thing in the world for you. It’s basically horrible on your stomach on your hair everything fairlife core protein and owyn are the best on your stomach and everything and it’s also 32 g of protein The crazy thing is I was drinking that premium protein and then I went to go see a nutritionist and she basically told me what was in it. It’s horrible.
