I believe she told the Navy witness exactly what happened. She was targeted for trafficking and lured off the ship with the plan of getting substances but she was held against her will and couldn't get back. She had children further on which they used as weapons against her. Sadly I don't think she's alive as she must be 50 now which is far too old to be trafficked.

I think she was preselected by age, family bond and her petite shape. She is one of the younger ones on the ship and small enough to take and hide in some way. She’s probably small enough to be lifted over the balcony between rooms and then taken.I think the traffickers observed the family dynamic and she was a great candidate for trafficking. She was close to her family. Exactly what they needed. They knew she’d not risk running if threatened they’d hurt her family. She was clearly preselected. The way things were handled after she went missing were just awfully wrong. This isn’t a big puzzle as stated by investigators in the doc. It could have solved easily if things were done right. They should have assumed she’s right at the place where they lost her and start a thorough search. Even a private investigator could have solved it for the right amount of money. Ppl failed her.

So back then on cruises, there weren’t alot of young people. And cruise directors would often tell employees to dance with the ugly girls or engage with folks who appeared to be sitting alone or on the sidelines to make sure people were having fun. He wasn’t interested in her. She was very obviously gay. Men weren’t falling at her feet as her parents SO wanted us to believe.

I really think someone was interested in her, she said she was gay & then he couldn’t accept it and drugged her. I knew from when I first saw this case that Amy was gay but it was never really mentioned until the Netflix documentary, which I found strange because it could relate to the case. Once a victim has been drugged on something strong, it can hook them in. She was probably in that phase of finding herself, she was only 23/24. I imagine she lived quite a sheltered life and was looking for more excitement. It’s so tragic. /

The guy who was filming gave them to the FBI. I don’t know why you think the Bradley’s discovered them later. Literally the filmographer stated that security wanted the originals and he told them know but then cut copies and gave it to fbi

The crew was in on it the man who was taking photos was the one who took her the reason she was gone at that time was because they were docking it was all planned she was sold and offed on that island. They were watching her from the moment she got on that ship.

After learning about her girlfriend, the extremely odd 3 page letter written by her father disapproving their relationship, and the excessive remarks of men finding her attractive likely to convince her of being straight, there’s no way she was happy like they’re portraying. I truly think he woke at 5:30 and saw her legs, went back to sleep and woke again to a noise and that noise was the sound of his daughter falling/yelping/a body part hitting a balcony at 6am. He looks outside and doesn’t see her. Makes an assumption that she’s left the room, goes out to look for her and very quickly realizes she didn’t leave the room. I think within that initial 30 min period of looking for her, it dawned on him what woke him up at 6am: the sound of his daughter falling overboard. By the time he comes back to the room and realized this, he also realized it was too late to look overboard for her. She wasn’t in immediate water area anymore and maybe rather than admit to this or even come to realization of this potential reality that she might be dead, became convinced she is missing by some other manner. I’m sure his wife wouldn’t believe she jumped either nor let herself believe that possibility.
