Me personally, I’m nice until you give me a reason not to be. I REFUSE to be talked down too. I also REFUSE to answer any customer if do anything other than ‘excuse me’ ‘hi’ or anything pleasantly bc if you ch ch me or snap your fingers at me I will actively ignore you

I'm very blessed to have really great people at my Walmart. Of course I'm in a town of 789 people..lol. Sorry for everyone that had a bad experience. 💜

oh trust me the employees are just as rude to their coworkers as they are you! the amount of rude people i’ve met that i sadly have to work with is horrible. i’m not rude unless given a reason to be.

I work at Walmart . Customer are also rude , but yes the employees are rude too . I felt this though too.

I think about this almost everyday because towards the end of my shift I’m tired and I fear that my unenthusiastic help comes off as me being rude 😭 I swear I’m friendly I just need a nap 😅

I have worked at Walmart for 16 years at four different stores and I can say personally that not all stores have rude employees it really depends on the environment

Really it starts with management I’ve noticed I’m a assistant manager at a retail store not Walmart and when I work vs the store manager you can tell the vibes and energy

I get no one is happy to be at Walmart, but they can at least try to be nice. At least the employees are getting paid to be there.

@Walmart Literally all the time! Anytime you talk to any person at any Walmart! It’s horrible I avoid that store like the plague now
