@hawthorneacupuncture: Pregnancy stuffy nose tip using safe acupressure. Apply a mentholated or peppermint oil to the sides of your nose at LI20 and Bitong, just next to the nostrils, and massage deeply into the sinuses. Avoid pressing LI4, the point between your thumb and index finger, during the first and early second trimester because it can stimulate contractions. In the third trimester, LI4 can be helpful to prep your body for labor. Also try gently pressing GV23, located at the top of the nose bridge, right between your eyebrows, to help open nasal passages. #pregnancynose #pregnancystuffynose #acupressurepoints #pregnancytips #naturalremedies #firsttrimester #thirdtrimester #sinusrelief #prenatalcare #chinesemedicine #acupunctureforpregnancy #coloradoacupuncture #centennialacupuncture #hawthorneacu #acupressureworks #mamatips #stuffynosefix
