It is called constructive dialogue. You listen to both sides, find common ground, and build a unity together. We have gotten so far from doing this as a society, it is always one person thinks they are correct and demonizes anyone who thinks differently.

there's a guy I know, we're not friends I just know him and anytime you disagree with him in any way like if he said it's partly cloudy and you replied no it's sunny he instantly says why are you so triggered bro what's got you so triggered because I'm right you're triggered. then he's the one that gets mad and storms off it's annoying but funny as fuck
