I would never want death row for someone if they k*lled one of my loved ones. It’s too easy. You’re by yourself in a cell 23 hours a day. I would want that person out in gen pop. I would want you to be scared 24/7 for the rest of your life and have to live with gang members and dr*g addicted inmates. Scared of getting r*ped, sh*nked and beat up every day. He’s got the rest of his life to be de*d, I would want him to live in fear.

All it takes is 1 juror to not agree with the others or 1 thing to cause reasonable doubt. There's also no guarantee they would agree on the DP even if he had been found guilty. Guilty people do walk free....Casey Anthony and OJ are 2 of many.

I don’t understand if you do a plea why can’t the pleading state that the person has to tell the information of the crime can they not do that?

I admire these parents. As someone who has lost two loved ones, including a small child to violence, they are so strong to stand up to the courts and to the monster. They aren’t giving in, they’re not settling. They are speaking out for their baby girl and her beloved friends. This is strength.

@bluedragonflies:The surveillance cameras revealed suspicious activity at 2:30. Does her story that she changed a few times make sense? She’s home drunk but fully awake and able to play and text on her phone hears noises but does nothing. See’s a man in her house with “bushy eyebrows” coming down the stairs and does nothing. How is the possible? The prosecution says the Brian was chasing Xana coming from down the stairs because she saw him from the kitchen and started chasing her to her room. So this would mean Dylan saw Brian chasing Xana. Dylan walked past Xana room after the unaliving but did see gallons of blood or blood splattered all over. She waited 8 hours to call the cops but didn’t even call them first. Has other people come over and contaminating the crime scene and then called. How could anyone buy this story is beyond me. 👆 This is prove enough from D she saw Bk and therefore she also had 2 see and heard zana screaming...a jury only needs resanoble dought to give a mistrail and this case has more Q then Answers

I agree 💯 that he should've had to tell where the knife is, the clothing & shoes he wore, everything so that the families knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was the killer!!!

That’s really sad.. the fact that there are people out there in denial or won’t accept his guilty plea bc then their content becomes irrelevant.. is crazy to me. ESPECIALLY bc these parents are clearly seeing videos and comments of these armchair know it all detectives. To think that they believe they know there’s more to it than the FAMILIES of the victims is so weird to me.

100% agree with them! The prosecutor wants an easy life and they 100% should have forced him to give evidence as to why he’s guilty and let them have some closure! Such a cop out for him!
